This iconic movie left us on our tippy toes as he opened the world with possibilities. Now, I wonder what it felt like to have twirling legs.
2. Frankenstein (1994)
Whoa there! How can we forget this gruesome terror tale? It's not every day that a scientist is able to bring assemble body parts back to life.
Frankenstein demands two things: a bride (a female monster) or revenge. This costume sure does justice for the creepy monster that was presented in the film.
3. Britney Spears
Britney Spears gave us many looks during the late '90s especially in her "Oops I did it again!" video. The red metallic catsuit doesn't get much better than this.
Her girly style is iconic and will always be relevant in any time period. So if you're not sure what to be for Halloween, Britneys got your back.
4. Scooby Doo
If you have troubles with unsolved mysterious or even scary villains, you better call "Scooby Dooby Doo, Where are you?!" We loved the group of teenage friends and their Great Dane (Scooby-Doo)!

5. Hocus Pocus
We all remember this Halloween staple movie, that we watched too many times around Halloween. This film is fun as its filled with hysterical problems of the three witches, a talking cat, and flying vacuum cleaners.
Watching this movie is like attending a party where you don't know anybody, and they're all in on an inside joke but they won't explain it to you.
6. Space Jam
"Space Jam" is like a happy marriage of good ideas--Looney Tunes, pro basketball, and adventures. After all, this storyline is like nothing we have seen before. Who remembers Daffy and Porky Pig shakin' it to get fit?
This legacy animation has recently spilled the beans that they are expecting a "Space Jam 2" and this time it's with LeBron James. As far as we know the storyline will be new but the uniforms will stay the same. Phew!
7. The Big Comfy Couch
"The big comfy Couch "with LOONETTE, the red-nosed, pig-tailed, clown child. This clown would find the strangest things in between the cushions of her sofa. Also her doll Molly was always beside her.
This costume looks almost exact to Loonete from the show. We are just missing her living doll Molly that was so stinking cute.
8. Pretty Woman
Julia Roberts shot to stardom with her breakout role in "Pretty Woman". We can't forget this romantic comedy film about a Georgia girl getting her fairytale ending. Even more, we can forget her iconic dress.

9. Spice Girls
"Tell me what you want, Want ya really really want!" These British-pop girls spiced up our lives with the best music and made it hard to hear anything else.

10. Clueless
The beautiful, popular, and rich high school student Cher Horowitz from the movie "Clueless". Cher thinks she knows everything and tended to treat others as projects instead of human beings.
In the movie, she did play secret matchmaking and decided to perform a makeover, when absolutely didn't ask for one. Consider this outfit a free pass to use the phrase "As If!", as you please.
11. Doug
Judith Funnie the older sister of Doug Funnie from the show "Doug". We hardly ever saw her without her beret nor her sunglasses. This intelligent and artistic girl was so focused on her art, she even attended The Moody School (for artistically talented teenagers.)
Judy the extrovert of the family, usually embarrassed them while shouting outloud-- " I AM TRYING TO FIND MYSELF, MOM!". She was one of a kind.

13. Aaliyah
"If you first you don't succeed, dust it off and try again". Aaliyah was one of the greatest moments in modern soul history and her voice was unlike anyone else's we've seen before.

14. Quinn The Brain
Quinn thought she would be the outcast of her English class from the show "Daria". The opposite happens; she became the popular brain and felt as if she was loosing her identity.

15. Backstreet Boys
"Backstreets Back, Alright!" Our favorite boy band "Backstreet Boys" touched our hearts with love songs and radio-friendly music. This five-boy group--made up of AJ McLean, Kevin Richardson, Howie Dorough, Brain Litteral, and Nick Carter--were literally everywhere.

19. Back to the Future
Yes, dogs dress up for Halloween too! This had to be one of the most iconic adventures that were released during the time. The fun production and weird script make the imperfections, perfect!
I wonder if these doggies were able to travel back in time to see their parents as teenagers. In any case, watching the movie today would be just as exciting as the first time.
20. The Adams Family
This family had to be the most mysterious and spooky family--Gomez, Morticia, Pugsley, Wednesday, Uncle Fester, and Grandma. Oh yeah, they also casually had celebrations to wake up the dead.

This movie had to be one of the scariest of the '90s and even history. The first original scream was iconic in 1996. Not so kid-friendly, but sure is clever, funny, and left us frightened.
There is no denying one of the scariest moments was when Sidney is alone in the bathroom and there is a voice and ghost appears. What a great jump scare!
23. 101 Dalmatians
This Disney movie was absolutely fantastic! This film gives an equal about of time to the kids as they do to the animals. How can we forget the moment when the Dalmatian's puppies are abducted by the evil Cruella de Vil. (As you see in the pic!)
The Cruel Cruella she was, with her snotty classic car, long cigarette holder, and her striking flamboyant poses. Her unapologetically selfish nature was one of a kind for this Disney film.
24. Mrs. Doubtfire
The once called Daniel Hillard lived with his wife and his three kids: Lydia, Chris, and Natalie. In the film he transforms into the hilarious British nanny, that becomes Mrs.Doubtfire in order to stay near to his kids.

25. Shes all that
She's all that was one of the sweetest make-you-smile films! When a geek-turned-popular girl Laney Boggs met cool Zach Siler. One of the most memorable moments of the films is the impromptu professional dance at the prom, but also all of the falafel-related quotes.
One of the most iconic quotes was "Would you like to super-size those falafel balls?" As she is standing skeptical and has the falafel balls wobbling on her head.
26. Love and Basketball
Early 2000's American romantic sports drama showed us female ambition! Monica was ferociously competitive with Quincy on the court as they both aspired to be professional basketball players. As a good romantic comedy goes--they fell in love!

They killed the Billboards with their song "Say My Name" and "Independent Women Part I". If you're looking for some extra sassy's, it's worth dressing up as these girlies!
28. Hulk
The coolest green guy around-- "The Hulk". This fictional superhero from a Marvel Comic basically transformed into a pop-corn-formula-movie. In the film, he is living between two lives--the soft-spoken scientist and the uncontrollable green monster.
If anything, no one wants to mess with the Hulk! He will smash any threats and, will prove to the world that he is the strongest HERO ever!
29. The Simpsons
"D'oh!" The Simpson family-- Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. Since the show has stated they haven't aged even a day, Even their quotes are so iconic their popular lines even get better with years!

31. Mean Girls
"You can't sit with us", "Mean Girls is probably the most quotable movie of the century! I mean, who hasn't watched this movie a million times? Cady's experiences with the cruel laws of popularity and cliques are hilarious throughout the movie.

32. Zenon
Ok if you're a 90's kid you have to know-- Cetus-Lupeedus! And her song "SuperNova Girl", one of the catchiest songs ever made. This entertaining Disney Movie was basically a fun rollercoaster ride.

33. Winnie The Pooh
Everyone had to have at least one stuffed animal from the show "Winnie the Pooh".This adventure cartoon show was all about "Pooh" bear getting himself into "sticky" situations.

Lizzie Mcguire had to be the coolest, most real 13 -year- old on television! She showed us what it's really like being a teenager while she searched for acceptance from her peers.

37. Christina Aguilera
We all loved Christina for her hit "Genie in a bottle" as she stole hearts all over the world with her new unique voice! She also taught us a lot about individuality and accepting everyone for who they are with her hit "Beautiful".
This period of time will always have a special spot in history. But Being Christina for Halloween you have a few options. Will you be "Genie in a bottle Christina, or will you get "Dirrty"?
38. Shrek
Ladies, Fiona couldn't have been the only one that fell in love with Shrek! He was the most lovable and deep ogre around. This witty fairytale showed us that fairytales can be adventurous, humorous, and fun!

39. Tamagotchi
Who remembers sneaking your Tamagotchi in your school backpack? Pure Nostalgia! This egg-shaped toy was our pet, that we kept "alive" with a lot of care and attention.
